2. Accounts & Subscriptions

To access our job listings, you must create an account and purchase a subscription (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions automatically expire at the end of the billing period unless renewed. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payment is required at the time of subscription. Because access is provided immediately upon payment (including jobs database, resume templates, and portfolio resources), all sales are final and non-refundable.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse our services, copy large portions of job descriptions, or use automated tools that may harm the website. You agree that job opportunities are provided for informational purposes only.

5. Intellectual Property

All original website content (design, summaries, templates) is owned by us. Job listings contain factual information sourced from public company pages; original descriptions remain the property of their respective employers.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that jobs listed will remain open, nor do we guarantee hiring results. Our service is for informational and educational use only. We are not responsible for the actions of employers or third-party websites.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
